Logging into domain controllers isn't easy, unfortunately
About 50 of my 200 or so DCs are messed up and logging into them has been very difficult.
A group of about 10 of us are working on them. I've managed to get logged into only one of them in the last 3 hours.
It seems like we have to get lucky. I reboot and reboot and reboot and eventually one of the boot options will work
