Maybe. Right now the only teams I count as actively tanking are
Portland, Washington, and Brooklyn. I think like Zach Lowe that Detroit and Charlotte will be better this year. But those are bad franchises so who knows lol. Chicago and Toronto could get into that conversation but a lot depends on health and trades.
