You heard different than me. He alludes to that early in the segment…
But then says point blank that after discussing with several coaching staffs that BYU is NOT the leader b/c there isn’t one - as AJ really hasn’t been in the recruiting game as of yet - handled by his parents. He’s just focusing on basketball but will start talking to coaches soon. He is confident BYU makes the initial cut though.
