Still sucks and can ruin a trip.
I think the most insulting part is the cruise line now giving them money back for the 2 days they missed and "20% off a future cruise!"
If I was in that situation with just my wife and I, no big deal. I would have probably enjoyed it. A senior citizen and a bunch of kids? I would expect nothing less than a full refund for the entire cruise.
