We don't like the dealership and getting a few smaller things fixed under warranty was a huge pain.

We have the Overland trim and the interior is fantastic. The Pentastar engine is used in many vehicles and is seen as pretty darn reliable. Same with the transmission. It's german (ZF) and used by many manufacturers even. The suspension is adjustable and pneumatic, I could see that being a weak point. But we hare happy with it 2 years in.
