What was even more frustrating was there was a single seat on that row. I said can't you move the set of four over one seat to make the group of five a group of six, but they said they couldn't do that without the group of four's permission. I said can't you call them and they literally said that would be illegal for them to look up their information.

Needless to say, it was a frustrating call....
