I’ve got two I should replace but most of the YouTube videos I’ve seen about these railings look like some have a filter piece underneath the handrail or on the base between the spindles and mine don’t look to be like that. They do have a little button-like plug that appear to me to be where I need to pop it out and see if there is some kind of angled screw or bolt that might loosen the railing up.

Any tips or advise for this?
