Have a friend we associate with on a regular basis. He is an older gentleman who has lost abilities to fully care for himself in a basic particular way.

He is the kindest most outgoing man slowed by age but he needs real help with bathing and cleaning clothing.

What is best to do? He knows we care for him and id hate to hurt that relationship in any way
