Turns out the HVAC installers turned the Freon pressure too high and the air wasn’t coming out cold enough. It’s been an issue with a lot of the new homes in our area, great-looking homes but some of the service vendors cut corners in the interest of mass production. Grateful for the builders warranty to nip these issues in the bud.
