Woke up to my wife crying from my snoring. I’ve gotta get it figured out….
What solutions have worked for you?
A little about me and what I’ve tried:
- I’m a little, but not significantly overweight (5’11”, 205 lbs)
- Have a deviated septum
- I’ve used the Breathe Right nasal strips with minimal success. Some nights they seem to help, others not at all.
- sometimes use nasal spray like Afrin when I feel congestion.
Any solutions you would recommend?

I’d suggest losing 30-40 lbs before trying anything else. Easier said than done but for most ppl that will solve it and
