Seems to me like the bowls are in denial. They expect to be able to treat all
the former PAC12 teams as if they are still in the PAC12.
For example, if Utah goes 7-5 then the Las Vegas bowl will still claim them and thinks they will go to the Las Vegas bowl as a PAC12 bowl agreement.
Maybe that's not true, maybe they aren't in denial and that is the way it will actually work. That would mean like the BIG12 bowls would also have to treat the 4 corner schools as PAC12 members.
