I just went and found what I believe is the game in question with audio
In that game, Mboup is wearing #2 (announcers call him out by name at ~9:00). I have no idea why he seems to change numbers every other highlight video, but I think the video in Robby's twitter is correct.

Don't see how he got no real shot cracking our rotation this year. Looked like their best containment defender too.

I think it probably comes down to just the 9th spot, even. Baker's overall skill's too good to deny him as a scorer, imo
