I have a severely disabled, 21-year-old son who is mentally about three. He drew
a very typical, childlike, crooked smiley face with his name in shaky letters, below, last year. Makes my whole family smile and tear up just to see it.

Just imagine a little boy drawing his very first stick-figure-style smiley face with curly hair and circles for a nose and ears. And then he signs it painstakingly as someone talks him through how to draw the letters.

That's the image.

We all think about and even discuss getting that image as a tattoo, all the time. I honestly might do it.
