We would rollerblade a couple miles with our PVC goals over our heads to our
Church building so we could play in the big parking lot with curbs around the "rink."
More than a few times those pesky landscape islands that jut out into the parking lot sent one of us flying as we were focused on the ball and not looking where we were skating.
