That sounds about right to me. It shows that with changes that bring benefits
to some, means that some lose. It would be nice if NIL would be able to AT LEAST pay the tuition of all walk-ons for all programs. It could be quite pricey to attend a state college in a state you don't have residency as a walk-on.
