with intent to kill. Speeding causes crashes and kills people too. Should we start locking people up for speeding because of what “might have happened”?

I’m totally down for DUI’s to be way harsher than they are. Just don’t think you can compare it to someone getting in their car and trying to kill people but missing. That’s attempted murder.

Speeding could then be considered attempted murder. So could running a stoplight. So could not using your turn signal.
