As a society we have decided that drinking and driving is ok. So I'm not sure
where the outrage is going to come from.
What we do say is don't drink too much and drive and then make up some arbitrary tests to determine what too much means.

This is just stupid. People do dumb things when drunk. Make decisions that they would never make otherwise.
