the legal limit on a lot of occasions because he had 2 or 3 beers before driving. He probably was on several occasions if those 2 or 3 beers were less than an hr before driving. He didn't really admit to being drunk and driving a lot. Though people will argue about the definition of drunk, I suppose.
Anyway, there are a lot of factors that go into firing an employee and saying he drove on a lot of occasions after having a few beers, but never getting a DUI or an accident, probably doesn't often qualify, absent other factors.
