I believe you. I’m currently averaging 3.66 lbs/wk weight loss for the past 8 weeks.
Nothing but water, calorie deficit (two meals a day between 12pm-6pm), daily exercise, determination and consistency.

Well done losing as much as you are on a weekly basis! I’m familiar with the highs and lows.

I think I could get there if I were a bit more active throughout the rest of the day and/or make outdoor activities a more prominent part of my day after work (desk job).
