I live where it is currently 116 Sometime in the last century I spent a summer in Chicago suburbs. A suit coat was required except in the home of a member when they asked us to remove our coat. Temperature and humidity were both 90+. I will stick with 116 unless I get a letter signed by President Nelson asking me to go to where it is 90 and 90. I don't believe suit coats are required anymore.
