For game #1, I'd like to see a low-level FBS game (UMass, NMSU, Utep, etc) or FCS opponent at home each year (one and done money game, usually this would be an FCS team).

For game #2, I'd like to see a G5 opponents such as MWC/AAC foes - UNLV, SDSU, Boise, Hawaii, etc and these should be on a 2-1 deal. I would rotate these games a bit so we might play UNLV, SDSU and Boise State 3x each over a nine-year period.

For game #3, we should have a Home and home deals with other P4 opponents. You won't get elite blue bloods to come but that is mainly because the elite blue bloods don't really travel. BYU shouldn't be giving away one and done deals to other P4 programs like they have in the past (Notre Dame, Oregon, Ole Miss, Michigan, etc).

So over a few years you might see OOC schedules that look like this....
