I have zero doubt that he attempted to comply with policy, and there is ZERO chance he intentionally tried to hide a title IX violation. I would not be surprised at all if the university backtracks on this, and I'm hopeful that Jerry can resume employment at USU.
I suspect the same is true for Blake Anderson (though I don't know him personally). In his case, there is no way he could resume employment (that bridge is burned). If he didn't violate policy, I hope he gets what he is owed in his contract.
