I think NIL is irrelevant with guys like these. He's gonna make so much money
with an NBA contract (contracts), that the NIL $'s for one one-and-done season at any institution is literally not even a factor for a generational talent like AJ.
What he really wants is a coach that will assure that he is developed, is able to showcase his potential, possibly have some fun winning some championships with supporting cast, and helps maintain his current status as the top player in the 2026 draft. And that really could be KY, if AJ sees it that way. How BYU does in the upcoming year, and how positive the trajectory pans out with current projected 1st round picks, will IMO go a long way to determining if AJ seriously considers BYU. No solid lean BYU's (or anyone else's) way is a smart play for AJ. Just sit back, observe, and then make your choice - with his talent, all the control is in his hands.
But, any NIL offer is like "puppy poop" in the grand scheme, not that big a deal.
