Personally, I'd visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, take the USO tour to the DMZ, visit the Jogyesa Buddest Temple, definitely

Both trips are easy to make though. The DMZ tour originates in Seoul and the Korean Folk Villiage is accessible by train

IIRC, for folk village you needed to take a bus or taxi to/from train station. We stayed till closing and had challenge

Definitely visit South Korea, you can easily fill 4-5 days in Seoul
