You could do it if both players were better passers and had a good sense of...
...high-low spacing. North Carolina has run this in the past very effectively to keep two bigs on the floor at the same time. A few years ago they did it with Armando Bacot, Day'ron Sharpe and Garrison Brooks all 6'10" or 6'11" guys rotating at the 4 and 5 spots.

But yeah, i don't think this is a strong suit for either Fouss or Keita
