I applied to a job recently that says in job posting regarding PTO:
"20 days PTO with additional 17.5% salary supplement when leave is taken."

This is saying they pay you MORE when you take your PTO right? Anybody heard of this before? Why would they do this? I guess they really don't want people just saving it up? But usually it seems companies just limit how much you can carry over year to year.
