Paris is perhaps the most culturally diverse city in the world. And they have become so especially over the past 25 years.There are huge populations of various cultures from across the globe and of people of all different skin colors. It is even more of a melting pot than arguably any city in the US.

French people aren't all white anymore than those from the US are all white. At one point maybe. But hasn't been that way for years.
