I would put on a gallon of mixed Root n Grow once every six weeks until early November and then during the winter, on a warmed day, get them a couple gallons of water midmorning (or whenever it isn’t going to freeze right away), and then start root n grow again in mid-March - every six weeks

If leaves look concerning, send them to Utah state for analysis. Seriously.
