Head coach at utah state is a slow way to further his career.
Seems like it would be worth proving himself as a d coordinator for one or two more years and then becoming a P5 head coach depending on his success level at d coordinator.
Head coach at Utah state isn’t much better than head coach at Weber state. Been there, done that for Jay Hill.
