Depends on the cruise and resort. I think overall you can find a cruise deal

that will be less expensive once you factor in food and entertainment costs. There are often deals where kids cruise for free.

For an all inclusive resort check out Moon Palace in Riviera Maya. They also typically have deals where kids and teens stay free.
