Sure, Ute fans are claiming it's theirs already....but the past few years in the Big 12 have proven teams can make a huge jump from year to year. TCU was not supposed to be that good the year they went to the NC game.....then last year they tanked. WVU was supposed to be last place last year and was in the middle of the pack. Utah is basing their future success on 2 years ago with a more healthy Rising playing.
