Single shot mortars and Roman candles and bottle rockets which are still illegal in Utah cause almost all the fires

and injuries with fireworks. The aerials legal in Utah are just cakes that are wired and fused in the factory for safe use. I'm not aware of major fires caused by the actual firing of the legal stuff in proper areas. Just illegal ones or legal ones in restricted areas.
