How hard is it to change a AC capacitor. AC is blowing hot air and I want to try

Piece of cake. Turn off the breaker, open the box, discharge the capacitor with a screwdriver, unplug old, plug in new.

easy, just be methodical and don't forget to discharge it safely. Then, get on

Super easy. 5-10 minutes tops. Just remember to take out the ac breaker
