I put brats and frankfurters in the hot dog umbrella for simplicity of description but the distinction is significant. Those are amazing and delicious.

Ketchup should never come close to those.

Mustard and sauerkraut on a pretzel bun is my preference. But at the end of the day, these are just food opinions.
