Everyone goes to the grotto up Payson Canyon but it is usually overcrowded. About 5 minutes further up the canyon is Double Falls. Much better waterfall and involves holding onto a rope attached to a tree and lowering yourself the last 15-20 feet. Highly recommend! Even on a day like today we only ran into 3 other people on the trail, whereas the Grotto parking lot was packed.
