I second meatchurch, buy everyone of their rubs and start trying their recipes
They’re excellent and you can be as simple or as complicated as you want to go.
FYI - if you like brisket their holy cow and gospel seasoning (or their holy gospel which is the two premixed) are literally the perfect combo for the best brisket rub.
