To say "Financially speaking they set their children up pretty good as far as having an ability to make a living." It's completely wrong. The 18 year old boys have zero support.

The math doesn't work. Birth rates are basically 50/50. That means if one guy has 20 wives that 19 boys were banned from the community forever. Those 19 boys are never allowed to speak to his parents again. He gets zero financial support from his family.

And this doesn't even address the child rape issues.
