Imagine a kidney transplant without the toxicity and GFR of 60-90. How long could these kidneys last? Maybe much longer than 10 years. If I had a transplanted kidney, I would demand to go on this medication and off tacro.

This could completely revolutionize immunosuppression for transplantation. Tacro will be out of this works. All signs point towards working. I know a guy that has been trying to get this drug in trials for a LONG time, his story is unbelievable and had me on the edge of my seat.
