...high school and awful college coaches. KY and his staff are guys who have spent a lot of time in coaching levels focused on player development and building relationships within short windows of time working together with players. They also have experience making in-game decisions and adjustments around X's and O's at the faster pace of the pro game which is a skill set that we didn't always see from our previous coaching staff. I think this new staff will be an upgrade in that dept. Coaching at the college level will feel like a slow down to 3/4 speed to them.
