lodging options and I am leaning towards a AirBNB or VRBO in Kissimmee. Seems cheaper than staying at a hotel with more accommodations. The only concern my family has is the "commute" to Disney World in the morning. Will there be a lot of traffic and take a long time to get there? I'm sure there are plenty of families thinking of doing the same thing, so maybe there will be a lot of traffic?

Also I welcome any other Disney World suggestion/recommendations not related to lodging.
