My response to BYU adding CSU
Doesn't the Big 12 have a conference rule that at least 1 OOC game has to be against a P4 opponent? USF, Utah Tech and CSU don't meet that requirement. So unless there's an unannounced P4 game that's already been signed, scheduling CSU makes no sense.
