If BYU ends up keeping the USF game in week 7, they really need the Big 12 to give them a conference game for week 2. That would be a waste of an open week to have it during week 2 after a Utah Tech game.

USF has other non-conference games already scheduled for weeks 1 to 3, so it wouldn't be as easy as just moving them to week 2
