That is par for the course in most States. It's also much worse depeding
on where you live. If you do get a quote be sure to make sure it's quoting Apples to Apples. Make sure they at least match your Dwelling A coverage. Also be aware that most people are now under insured since the value of their homes has gone up so much in the past few years.
Also, make sure you don't have any claims and if your roof is older than 20 years, you might not want to make the switch.
