If they opt to trade him then they may have to take back more contracts in that or other trades? Like the other poster said, it’s 90% of the cap they need to be at. I’m not a big fan of taking back any bad contracts. They already have two sketchy contracts with Collins and Clarkson, although at two years there not terrible. They are difficult to move now, more likely movable at the trade deadline or next year.
