Fiber is being installed throughout Lehi, I'd see if it's in your area yet (link was in another comment).

If fiber isn't there yet, call Xfinity and ask for a better deal. I called recently because they kept increasing the price. The guy was very helpful and we discussed exactly what I needed, and he got me 1 gig for $80 with some other (small) things on top. MUCH better than the previous deal.

I still plan on getting the fiber once it's in my area, though.
