This is one of the biggest reasons why IMO, Kalani is the best HC for BYU. Closest thing to Lavell and Andy Reid there is available and very underated value given to Kalani for having this talent. Could be the greatest attribute Lavell had that made him and his teams so great.

To me this is very much needed as the HC at BYU, then hire a great staff around you and let them do their thing!
