Intervention Needed
H-Mart (or Trader Joe's) have packs of beef by the meat department that have beef already marinated for Bulgogi that are
very good. I'd just go that route if that's what you want. Otherwise, I can send you a bulgogi recipe.

Going back to H-Mart today... I want to try cooking up some of their wagyu strips. Teach me how to cook them.

Season with salt/pepper and sear in a super hot pan quickly on each side.

Makes sense. If they're wagyu strips, they already have enough fat.

No sauce or flavoring huh? Maybe the word/food i'm looking for is Bulgogi?

Those strips are likely for a soup like a hot pot... but I will step out of this
