Our biggest regret with buying a home 3 years ago was not buying a
Bigger home and stretching our budget a little more. Would’ve been way worth it now. An extra $50,000 -$100000 would’ve gone a long way back then. We love our home but that money could’ve paid to finish the basement and expand the sqft upstairs and totally would’ve been worth it, or even pick a bigger house with more land. Oh well, our starter home is now our forever home. Does anyone else feel the same way that bought the last 5 years or so?
