Working as a BLM firefighter now (I still stalk him on Facebook on occasion just because I can)

His older brother actually reached out to me over Facebook a couple days after I got it back and I had a great chat with him on the phone. He was a marine and was devastated by what happened and was so embarrassed. He was hoping I could encourage the DA to lessen the charge so that he hopefully could stay in the military. I did that, but the DA didn’t listen.
