DIY? We just remodeled our kitchen and hoods were surprisingly expensive
We ended up ordering a custom made chimney hood made by a local cabinet maker/carpenter. we were surprised that it cost less for custom made than through cabinet manufacturers. None of the options for a chimney hood were close to $1000
